WELL you still have the live rock and im assuming the live sand as well, they are absolutley necessary Clean-up crew!

Reef package means that the critters are reef friendly, so yes if you have live rock and sand, you will be just fine.

Though I will add that it may be pointless depending on the fish you are keeping in your FOWLR. If you are keeping more aggressive things, then it is not a good investment

In addition, you may not need quite the same compliment in terms of numbers or types if you do not (and perhaps do not intend) to have a reef.
