today i got my reef package but im very disappointed with my blue leg hermits. they are very tiny and about 10-15 of them came dead. by dead i mean only a shell was found in the bag. how to i get a refund on this??
it says to send back dead items but i only got the shell so there really is no dead item. if i send them back wont they think im just giving them shells that i got somewhere else and returning them for cradit?
all the scarlets are doing well

hmm, i think i would e-mail them and simply exlain what happened. did you get these from swf? if it was from the doctors i dont suggest them, i have had many problems with their service and livestock lately.

email them explaining your problem... ive found that SWF.com can be very understanding. not gauranteeing anything but they might let you refund for a site credit.
