reef safe epoxy

I need quite a bit of epoxy putty when I reassemble my 75g so I can use my acrylic rods to form a huge arch. Does anyone have experience with an epoxy from lowes or homedepot that they know is reef safe or maybe the purple marine epoxy from walmart?

the green stuff w/ the white center is reef safe after it dries i know for a fact, though they say you acn use it under water I dont know if the chemical reaction is reef safe?

can you get pc.11 at lowes or homedepot?

I get mine at a marine store here but you can purchase it on line for about seven dollars for a 2oz tube
