Reef Safe?

I was wondering if COWRIES are reef safe. I have noticed that one of my bubble coral is starting to recede and last night I found my cowrie sucking on the bubble coral. Thanks 4 your input

I don't know much about them but from what you say i doubt it.

Most are, post a pic and I might be able to tell you, or atleast more than just 'cowrie' I have one (i forget what kind) but its never bothered anything, its nocturnal. and awesome.

no, only because they knock everything over

I have some of the loosest rocks and corals in a tank and I haven't had any problems, he even hangs upside down on the looser rocks.
