I am setting up a 50. gal reef, so far I have a Seaclone Skimmer 100, what should I use for a filter system ??? How mcuh of the equipment is going to be noticed ? suggestions ???

There are tons of suggestions. You should start with getting enough agronite sand to build your self a 4-6 inch deep sand bed. On top of that you should put 50-75 pounds of good quality live rock. That is all the filtration you will need w/ the protien skimmer. You will also need about 3 to 5 power heads for circulation.
