I would add three emerald crabs at least, and some bule leg and scarlet hermit crabs, They will get all the "in between" cleaning like places the snails can't or won't go. Pluss they add activity and movement to the tank.

WAY too many turbo snails. They will starve.

Are they the big mexican turbo snails? If so, you probably want to downsize your "herd" to about 6 or 7. I started with 5 in my 55 gallon tank and all but 3 starved (this was without any other snails).
I've heard that emerald crabs eat bubble algae and other pest algae, but all I've witnessed mine eating is detritus and occasionally yanking on my corals.
Queen conchs grow to about 1 foot in length at maturity (about 3-5 years) so you may want to keep that in mind. Also note that as they grow older, they stop climbing on the glass and rocks and stick to the sandbed. Many starve at this transition.
I'd also double the amount of hermit crabs.
This is just my opinion. I'm sure there are many other conflicting opinions.

Mud he's talking about the Astraea (turban shell) snails not mexican turbos. The guys that fall off the glass and can't correct.
