Reef testing

So the rule I try to go by is if I don't test it I don't add it. The test kits I own are ammonia; nitrate; alk; Ph and cal. So my question is what do all you reefers test for in your reefs. My 20gal reef has been running for about 3 years and doing fine, would like it to stay that way. Thanks in advance for all replies.

if your not having any problems why worry about testing? i test once ina while for nitrates just to keep a check on it , i'd rather be ahead of it. i want to start getting corals so i think i might but a calcium test kit.

thanks for responding. I'm not sure what I'm missing. Just want to know if I should be testing for things like Iodine; Magnesium; Strontium; etc.
