Yes maybe a niger trigger fish small one, in the future you may need to relocate the niger when it gets too big.

Agreed. Niger is the only one I would possibly try. Even then, they do get pretty large and create quite a bioload problem when they do get some size to them (especially in a reef tank).

My understanding is that crosshatch triggers are a good choice. They are very pricey but really beautiful animals. Seller on ---- has been listing them and along with some mated pairs. I have zero experience with corsshatch triggers ...but I was consdering bidding on a male but decided against it for now. Did some research and it appears they do well in a reef setting. They are not as hardy as other triggers and it is recommended to buy juveniles as they do better acclimating to captivity.

3erd on the Niger. But a nice undulate would do well to........J/K. dont do that.

i heard that Blue Throat triggers can also be somewhat "reef safe" never had any experience with them however.
