Refectors for MH's

Can anyone give me some ideas to build my own reflector. I just got 2 175 watt MH's. I am putting them into my canopy. The person I got them from said he just used sheet metal under them. I am looking for any help and pictures of any DIY reflectors. Thanks for the help
