Refinishing/Restore MH hoods?

Is rustoleum spray paint ok to use for a MH hood restore project? Or what is suggested to use, I need a black type of spray paint. Thanks!

I would think your going to need some heat resistant paint.I would start looking at automotive parts stores.

If its for the outside, yeah it's probably the best paint you buy in a rattle can. Especially around stuff that is exposed to water or weather.

It's a Hamilton Tech Co. Hood. So is there a particular type of paint or name brand I should use? The slides on the bottom of the hood that holds the glass plate was rusted and the plate would not slide out. I eventually got the plate out and cleaned the hood, but it needs some paint.
