Refractometer or Hydrometer?

The glass Hydrometers work great but their a pain to use. You just can't throw in the tank and read it unless you shut down all the pumps. You can get a larger beakerpitcher and put tank water in that but even that's a pain, plus they break really easy. You'll buy a refractometer once, you'll buy lots of hydrometers.

bigmac's right.......refractomters are a whole lot better and simple to use.. just put a couple of drops of water on it and you read the specific gravity...

Got my ATC Refractometer for 47.00 in the town next door to mine. Was a special purchase from a guy who sells them on ----, his distributer is in that town, only a 25 min drive for me.
Well worth the money.

Are all ATC Refractometers the same? Is the one by Company X as good as the one by Company Y? Thanks.
