Refractometer?

I'm looking to pick up a refractometer. I see them ranging anywhere from $20 to $150+
Is there anything I should look for when choosing one? Are the expensive one that much more accurate to justify the cost. One lfs has a Sybon for $50 and a Milwaukee Instruments for $70. Any thoughts on either of these or is there any others recommended/ not recommended?

I haven't seen anything that makes one better than the next so I would go with an inexpensive one from a reputable seller. I paid $50 for mine a couple of years ago from the drs and it has served me well.
