refrug lighting

Is there a cheap way to light a refug and keep plants alive ?I am looking to do one for my 150 gal but would like to only spend around $100 any suggestions

I use a Lights of America brand 65 watt 6500k pc fixture from HD. Its like $ 40. It an outdoor type made from hard plastic with a lens. You just have to wire a cord to it. Its perfect.

I bought a small PC from my LFS with a smart lamp for about 75 bucks and I have all kinds of kelp growing and kept a brain coral alive under it( until I dropped some salt on it)

The Lights of America fixtures work great... what size of refuge will it be for??
