Im going to setup a fuge in the next few dasys and was just wondering if I should have the supply water come in from the bottom or from the top.. like should I plumb the supply line in at the same height as the overflow line or like 3/4 of the way down to allow better circulation?

Typically you should have the supply line that feeds the fuge about 2" from the top of the water line for a fuge located beneath your DT.
Drill a small vent hole in the line just above the water mark to allow air to excape and reduce any possibility of surge. The lower you place the line, the more resistance the water will have entering the fuge thus slowing down the flow. Flow IMO should be around 7X - 8X.

oh ok and the falling water will then create my circulation. didnt think of that
