Refugium directions

Hello all, I have a 75 gallon tank that is on a cabinet. It has predrilled holes in the upper left and upper right corners. Cabinet stand has the same. I would like to build a refugium to put under the cabinet. I have various sized extra glass fish tanks not in use. I currently have penguin biowheel filter on the tank, would like to take this off and use a refugium instead. Do not know much about building these or how they work. Any input or older threads would be great. Thanks.
