Refugium for a 28 gallon

Hello I am getting a larger reef aquarium a 10 to a 28. Can some one show me a simple plan of a diy Refugium. I would like to make it from a 10 gallon. Also what type of pump would best suite it. Something quite if possible and something that is not to expensive.

are you doing a sump/fuge or just a fuge if your doing a combo do a search under my name in the diy section titled question for the great squidd i'm running a 29 with a 20g long tank underneath it for the sump / fuge and though its not done yet its looking good so far and i saved about $200 by doing it this way

if you use the exact design i have you also get the switching current
