refugium lighting?

what's an affordable lighting scheme for a 30G refugium? Would standard flourescent daylight bulbs provide enough intensity?

The only way to really answer that is "Try it if you got it". I've just finished a 30L and plan on it. If you use a NO strip light you might want a grow bulb. HTH Tom
