Refugium Maintenance????

I recently setup a sump/refugium and i added some cheato and in 2 weeks it has fill the whole refugium area. So how much do you prune off? Do you just rip a little bit off and throw it away? Also would you put a phosphate reactor where the overflow is or where the return pump is?

You do just seperate it, your fish store may take it. I don't add any chemicals at all.

So just rip a chunk of it off?

Yep you can just tear it in half.
