refugium picture

how do i post a picture of a refugium i want to get? It's not on a website... it's a jpg on my desktop... any ideas

If you go to geocities.com you can open a webpage for free. its easy to use and you can post pictures and stuff. comes in handy when you need to identify a creature or something
