Can i possibly turn my 1g tank into a fuge under my 29g tank?
I know its not the most practical thing, but it couldnt hurt right?
I know something like a 5g tank would be much more effective, but i have almost no money to spend on this stuff, i can get the 5g for like 8 bucks, but its the top, lights, and pump that i cant get, so if anyone has a cheap idea(no room for an aquaclear) Please gimme some advice, i really want a mandarin!!!!!!

sorry, but the answer is adding a 1g fuge wont support a mandarin.
they really cant go into nano tanks.

You can always use an overflow made for pvc and plastic storage tubs for the retufium/sump.
Or even just use egg crate to partition the tank into a refugium area and a display area.
