Sorry, I'm going to be a little critical of the design.
1) You have no conrtol over the flow rate in the refuge chamber.
2) You will get a lot of growth from the macro algea overflowing in the skimmer chamber (because a lack of flow control)
3) Your skimmer placement could be better and will do two things you will get micro bubbles in the main tank because the close proximety to the return pump and you aren't getting the most efficiency out of the skimmer due to placment.
4) your water level will fluctuate in the entire chamber due to dehydration. You want the chamber with the skimmer and the refuge chamber to maintain a consistant level.
I did a design for another thread: take a look.

At the least, lower the fuge walls to around half the tank height, add baffles on both sides of fuge chamber, at the outside of the fuge walls, about an 1 1/2 inch from fuge walls, stoping about an 1 1/2 inch from bottom, to about an 1 1/2 inch from top of tank.
Plus move skimmer to drain chamber.
This will alow micro bubbles to float out and allow water to flow over every thing to returns if baffles get clogged.
The deeper, from front to back, the tank the better. That allows the flow to slow down and time for bubbles, cheato and micro-orgs. to do their thing.
