ok im having the hardest time figuring out how to do a good refugium i need someone to give exact directions and even pics on how to do this i will be using a 29 g tank as my refugium what all will i need what types of plants and sand and rocks and wahtnot should be in it and how should i get water from my 75g to my 29g refuium and back thanks in advance

You will need an overflow box to get water down to the refugium and a pump in refugium to get water back up to tank. Go to the auction site and look up refugiums. You will see what I mean. Or do a google search.
