im getting a 30 gallon refugium from a friend its running on his system for a year hes breaking it up cause hes moving.i have a 65 gallon reef set up for 3 years with mostly lps corals it runs on a wet dry with bioballs and protien skimmer my new refugium has no room for a skimmer my friend uses a hang on coralife supper skimmer with i dont like anythingb hanging in my tank can i run my tank without a skimmer after having one for so long and whats the best way to switch over from wet dry to refugium can i just switch them i have alot of liverock in my tank proberly100-125 pounds

what about hanging the skimmer in the fuge? there should be enough room in a 30g to be albe to hang that. now that i have a skimmer and see what it gets rid of, i dont think ill ever run a reef tank without it.

i was thinking of getting a hang on for fuge but can it go in the sump part where everything is growing
