refugium?

i just set up my refugium a couple days ago how lng does it take to i guess the word might b cycle or do what its suppose to do thanx

What are you trying to get it to do? What do you have in it?
For future reference, youll probably get more responses if you offer all information possible and type as gramatically correct as practical.

I would seed it with copepods.Cost around $10.00 from SWF.com... As long as they have a place to hide they will breed like crazy, then your refugium will take off and do it's job.

ty for info tryin to get pods to grow i have 15 lbs lr 1 1-2 sb handful chatoe sry if mispelled and a flourescent bulb

As long as your rock and sand were precured everything else is good. You should already have pods in your tank but you can seed the fuge with more if you like.
