Regal Tang

I have a Regal Tang that is about a year old. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that there is a white line on both sides from his eye to his mouth. I reviewed this at the LFS but there didn't have a clue. he is eating well and seems to be fine. Should I be concerned?

As long as it doesn't grow and he keeps feeding and acting normally, no need for a panic attack

Can you describe the line in a little more detail? It might be just a scratch from the hippo wedging himself in the coral because mine do that all the time. But it could also be the beginnings of head and lateral line disease which could be potentially life threatening down the road. Are there any marks along the lateral line along the body of the fish? Does the face appear to be eroded or just scratched?
