Removing Anemones

I have two haitian pink-tipped anemones that I put in my tank soon after it first cycled and I now want to get them out! They take up too much space in the tank, and I just don't think they look good.
I've tried to get them off the rock they have attached to, but they have glued themselves on there pretty good...If it was a smaller rock I would just take the whole rock out, but they (of course) have chosen the biggest rock in my tank, so I need it to stay there. Any suggestions?

Point a powerhead at the base of the anemone, enough water movement to be very annoying, give him time to come unglued to the rock and then move him.
Try an ice cube in a plastic bag at the base of his foot.

For a while when I was propogating anemones I was really delicate with them, after a while I really discovered how hardy anemones can be. The key thing, Don't tear their foot, and thats what you have to remember. A thing that I noticed that made it easy. If you take the rock out the anemone is on and hold it over the water so just the very tip of a couple tentacles are in the water it will naturaly start "walking down the rock. This takes about 2 minutes before it starts to happen usually. The just slide your finger under the foot and "pop" it off. If they are really stubborn you can rub an icecube on their foot, I have noticed this can actually make them cling tighter in somecases, and actually make it harder.
