Removing Heavy Scratches

I just bought a 55g aquarium that has heavy use to it. It looks like someone used a brillow pad or some heavy metal cleaning device to try and clean the aquarium. If I run my fingernail over them, I cant feel any deep scratches. Only light ones but they are still very noticeable. I dont know what to use to remove the marks. There is heavy scratches all over but my main concern is the front. What tool or device can I use to removes these without harming the aquarium? The aquarium is all glass by the way.

Have you used this product with success? I bought a used tank that had some scratches, and tried a similar polishing system from another company before setting up the tank; unfortunately it didn't work. The kit I purchased said it would work on tempered glass, but our drill didn't have enough rpm to spin the disk at the right speed... We looked at other drills, but I wasn't willing to shell out another $400 or so for a professional heavy duty drill, so I've got $100 of sitting in a small box out in my garage...
