So as I wait for my RO Unit to fill my 180....it got me thinking about when I put the sand in. I purchased new LS that I will add once the tank is full and I add the salt to the water, but I also want to take the 80lbs of sand I have in my 55 out and add it to the 180. But won't that harm the biological filtration on the 55?? How can I do this?? And I am assuming I should add the sand from the 55 on top of the new sand in the 180.....correct??
