I use one on my 72 bow tank. I love it! My water is crystal clear. Very quiet. Easy to clean! There is two ways to set up the outtake nossle. Either spray bar or just plain nossle nose. I just use the nossle nose. Works like a powerhead in the top corner of my tank. The XP3 pushes 350 gallons a hour. It has a lever on top to shut off the intake & outake hoses, then just pop off the 4 hatches around the top, go clean. I gaurantee you will like it!
