Replacement bulbs??

Time to replace my vho’s, just wanted to know what I should go with. I have 4 bulbs, 2 ballasts running 2 bulbs on each ballast. Wanted to know what combination I should go for, and in August I am going to add a HQI 250 14,000 MH light. Sorry for the question I looked on Google but found mixed reviews. I have a 45 gallon bow front tank. What should I go for?

i would go with 2 10k tm and 2 actinic 03 blue

If you add metal halides, then I would use 250w 10,000k for he mh, and then actinics alone for the VHOs.
