Ok I just bought my first one and wasnt being careful and I broke the shaft that connects the ph to the magnet. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for this?

I had mine break too .Send them an e-mail and they will send you some stainless steel replacements for free.

I got on their site a few days ago and havent heard back thats why I was asking if anyone knew. thanks for your help, I will try to contact them again. I think that I might have described what I was talking about wrong. I will post a picture in a minute.
