Replacement UV Bulb for Aquastep

I have an 10 watt Pentair Aquastep UV sterilizer. I'm looking for a replacement 10 watt 4 pin T5 bulb.
Does anyone know where to find a bulb that would work. I know I can get one from Fosters and Smith, but there has to be a cheaper bulb out there that isn't repackaged by a Aquarium manufacture. I've seen a 11watt Phillips that I might try for about $20 bucks, but I don't know if this will be a direct fit or not.
Also I remember seeing something about your not supposed to touch the quartz sleeve on your sterilizer for some reason. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Thanks

Honestly if the piece of equipment is worth fixing and running it might be in your best interest to just buy the correct replacement bulb instead of trying to save a few bucks.......

1000bulbs.com sells T5 UV lamps, but what I've found is that Lifegard (Pentair) uses oddball sized bulbs in their units, seemingly just to thwart people from trying to save a few bucks.
You might find something that works, just bear in mind a few things:
1. Be absolutely sure that the wattage matches.
2. If the new bulb is longer than the original (entirely possible), you need to do SOMETHING to shield the bulb hanging out from people's eyes. :scared:
3. Although bulbs with 4 pins on one side are out there, similar to what Pentair uses, it may or may not match the connector on the unit. Be prepared to do some wiring if necessary.
Frankly, just buy the new bulb from Pentair, but if you are a
