Replacing bulbs, forget which K needed - help!

I'm to the time where I need new MH bulbs, will probably replace the T5's as well while I'm at it. Problem is, I forget what K-rating I have currently in my MH bulbs (10K? 14K? 20K?) and would like some opinions or suggestions on what would be good for my critters.
My current fixture is a 48" 2x150w MH with 2x54w T5. Right now, I've got a 55 gallon tank (with a 10 gallon sump) with 2 clowns, a royal blue tang, and a lawnmower blennie. I've got a very healthy colony of mushroom polyps, some nice star polyps, and another group that I can't recall the exact genus name, xenia's? Anyway, I want to expand my corals a bit and also looking to try an anemone for the clowns.
I'm thinking 10K or 14K for the MH bulbs, 420nm blue for the T5 bulbs? Thoughts or preferences/opinions out there?

10K halides with pure actinic T5 sounds good. you could go with 12K halides if the T5 dont balance out the 10K enough for you.

I think the 14K with actinic will give a pretty blue color, I would go with 10K or 12K with T5 actinic.
