Replacing lights

I am replacing the bulbs on my t5ho lights. Can I replace all 8 bulbs at once or will that shock my stuff? I don't have much in the tank right now, a couple of clowns, some frogspawn, flower anemone, Ricordia mushrooms, and my friendly green hair algae.

I'd personally do like two bulbs per week. T5HO bulbs have about a one to two week "burn in" time,... in which they burn at 110% or so before "dying down."
