Requirements for Zoa's

I am going to start to get some zoa's for my tank but i want to make sure that my tank is set properly. What is the required lighting and flow and such?
I have 250w MH so i dont think that my lighting is any problem. I am running a 180 bow. What is the flow needed and should they have direct bright light (top of tank) or indirect bottom of tank. I will be purchasing frags from someone. I would like a frag pack, so let me know what kind of package you can put together for me. Looking to spend about $100 per pack. I live in New Jersey (northern), will take shipping but would rather pick up.
Let me know what you got!

Recieved my shipment yesterday and put them on the sand and within about 5 mins. they had already started to open and they were fully open in bout 30-45 mins. so i guess they like were they are, hope they get enough lighting on the sand.

the sand is just fine for zoos, over time you may want to get them in the rocks just so they can spread better for you to send to people like me

Do they do that much better with just a little more light or higher in the tank.

Oh yeah and how long should I wait before i frag some of them. They sent my like 40 or so and only ordered 25 and it is on a bigger rock than what i wanted. So I just want to get rid of some (my LFS pays for stuff like that) so that i can put the smaller rock/frag where i want it.

give them a bit of time to make sure they are doing well in your tank and frag whenever you want! it depends on your lighting how they will do higher up,etc...most likely, but ya never know....
REMEBEMER: zoos can be toxic...so wear eye and hand protection while fragging them etc
