resealing a tank.

hey guys,
when would you recommend resealing a tank? i got my tank for nothing and i filled it up with water with no problems but the seals look worn to me. here is a picture.

IMO if you are going to reseal the whole tank BUY A NEW TANK

I agree. Re-seal for emergencies. If you need to do it now, I would buy new since the tank was free anyway.
