researching new skimmer

Tank is a bit funky in design. Pardon my mispellings and slur...Ambien is in full effect and need to go to bed! My tank will need a hang on skimmer. There is a 5 inch drop from top of tank before you get to water. I had a red prizm and it could not get the job done. Could not draw the water up into the unit. I am looking a the Aqua c remora but not sure if this would even work. Any suggestions. No sump or fuge hooked up under the tank, and not really an undertaking I'm up for right now. Post of pic... the bottom of black outline around the tank is where the water level is on the tank. I will take a shot of inside now as well. Not working so I will post later...

Another shot at pics. Hopefully Satelite internet working better.... Pic is of currently protien skimmer, whch is an old style tube with lime wood airstone powered by luft pump. You can see the drop from the top of tank to where the water level is. Thanks for any input. Others from another site suggested the Octapus skimmers. I will research those today, main thing is the hook up on my tank.

Someone has also pointed me in the direction of the Tunze 9010. I have a slight chance of picking one up used, but have to beat a few others to it! It is also rated for 250+ gallons, so it may be way over kill on my 75. Anyone else have a Tunze skimmer and how do you like it? Design wise, the in tank models look like they could really fit my tank well.
