resize help

hello to all
can we make a thread to help peole resize profile pics?
i am having so much trouble
if not can someone resize this pic for me.. im sorry its annoying tht i haveing ppl do it for me but if we start on we can post em, get them resized

but if you dont want to worry about resizing, just use Photobucket.com, just upload the pics, post the link here and it puts the pic up, no resizing or anything!
