resize in paint?

how exactly do i resize my pics to fit on this board? :notsure: i have no clue where to start, any help would be great. thx :D :happyfish

Save into my pictures. Open the picture in paint. go to image>stretch/skew>and make it like 25% and it should work!

Or you could "crop" your target out of the pic. If you don't have a program for pics, it's really hard to resize them. Which program do you use to upload them onto your computer?

just make sure you keep the same proportions to keep it from becoming nasty looking. I would not recommend paint if you have other photo editing software. Fireworks, or photoshop are great programs, but I would not recomend buying them for basic photo manipulation. Your digital camera usualy comes with photo editing software that should suffice.

Just in case you want something easier, I did a search on tucows for freeware image editors, and I found VCW Vicman's Photo editor. I downloaded and installed and it looks pretty simple. Has a resize option that resizes pics and keeps the correct ratios. Just make sure you don't associate it with any file types when it first starts up. You can find it on download.com or tucows.com
