Ok in fond du lac Wisconsin there is a restruant that in a 125 the have a huge russel lion like over a foot it can't turn around. In the tank with it is a 9 in dogface puffer and a lookdown. They also have a 55 gallon with a huge naso tang foxface and about ten other fish I can't remeber what they are. Both tanks have lava rock and bubbles. The 125 has a aqua clear 100 for filter and no skimmer.

whats really bad i guess is that around here we dont have alot of tanks in resturaunts but we do have those awful tanks you speak of at our lfs

i once went o a viietnamese resaurant and they had 2 full size naso tangs, full size purple tang, 2 full grown maroons, and something else i dont remember in a 75 gallon. one of the nasos had no fins.

I'm setting up a 180 in the restaurant. Anyone want to help?
My entire reef club is pitching in help on this. Life is good.
Know watch you mean on the bad ones though. Saw a Chinese place that had a soft shelled turtle (wild) mixed in with their goldfish tank. Next week no fish. Only a fat happy turtle

I went to a restaurant in Portland that had a nice goldfish tank, 4 or 5 Orandas and Black Moors, each at least 10" and looking fat and happy. Must have been at least 75g.

I went to a chinese place in houston that had several tanks, they took care if the tanks themself. They were all beautiful tanks, understocked. If I could only remember where it was.

a chinese restaurant near me had a nice reef (125 gal). i have never seen a reef with such rich purple coralline. fish and coral all beautiful. anyways went there a little while ago and all the coral were either dying or had been removed. usually i talk to the guy that maintains it when we're there and i asked him what happend and he said that the return pump failed. now ive had worse things happen in my tank that hasnt killed anything, i think he just got lazy.

I went to the nugget in Reno and it had a 6000g system right by a bar. There was fake coral and a lot of tangs and two angelfish. One was a blue lined angel. Some of the tangs didn't have fins because of all the aggression going around there, but I couldn't help think to myself, sharktank!
