retro light hoods

See a lot of retro light kits out there.But does anybody make a hood/canopy for these kits? If not I'll end up building my own.Have access to a metal brake and tig welder.Might be a way to come up with some extra scratch "custom aluminum canopies".

Hi neko, my hubby (fixit) made our canopie, we have a 72 gal bow front and we wanted to add a MH in the front of the tank and could not find one to fit(canopie). It didn't look to hard. LOL Lisa

HI we made our oak canopy aswell and was far more cheeper than buying one. goodluck, Missy
