return from sump

i read some where about an idea for using sprinkler parts on the end of the return line from the sump, to make the water sweep from one side to the other
my power head with this fiture is froze and wont move back in forth so i was hoping to do someting eles than buy another power head that will just stop eventually
i have cleaned the power head several times and still freezes up
anyone know where i can get the information the sprikler thing

There is a non electrical rotating spray bar that is pimp. It spins in circles and has no metal parts, just plastic and rubber. The bearings are totally sealed. You'll have to look around for it online, but I remember seeing it, I almost bought one a few months back it's out there but I can't remember where. Sorry,
