Return pump flow rate

Hi all,
What will be the best flow rate for the return pump on 110 gal reef tank. I'm currently using 790 gal/hour pump.

Depends on the capacity of your overflow box. IMO, the high flow rate of 300 gpd up is suitable for your tank or you can go to the max as long as your overflow box can handle it. I recommend to have the return flow near the top water level for good surface agitation.
