Return pump

My Ocean Runner 2500 died and I need a new pump. Last year, I built a new stand and the return is about 4'9" from the pump. I don't think the Ocean Runner has been strong enough. The tank is an All Glass 75 gallon. I am considering the Mag 9.5 or the Quiet One 4000. Would these be the correct size? The Quiet One is less expensive and uses fewer watts. The Mag seems to be the more popular. Does anyone have an opinion on which brand is better and the correct model I should use?

I have used a Mag 7 as a return pump for about 5 years. I will however admit it did die on me about six months ago. That having been said, I replaced it with another Mag 7. I can't say which is best, but I will say what I did, but thats just me...

I have a Mag7 and with a four-foot-plus-change head, I'm getting around 480GPH . . . which I think works nicely with the 600GPH overflow as I've heard it's best not to try and push an overflow right up to its capacity.
