Hey I have a question
I have my ro unit all set up when It goes to auto make more water when Ive used some. I have the waist water line set to just drip out... I hardly have it on. Is this right?

Hardly have what on? RO units don't make water very fast...

If your taking about restricting the waste water line, then I dont think so. I have the Typhoon III and the guy who made it told me that you shouldnt restrict the flow of the waste at all. If mine is restricted I get 23-37 tds. If it flows freely I get 3-7 tds. He told me it will wear your membrane out quickly by using restrictors.

And as for speed. Its depends on the speed of your unit. Mine is a 100gpd, so it ends up making 1 gallon every 12-15 min.
