Reviving My Tank

About 1 1/2 years ago I decided to take a hobby in saltwater fish. Well, I was into it for the about a year and I kinda let it go downhill from their, maintaining more likely a high-stress zone for my fish. I have 1 damsel and 2 clownfish right know I did have some snails and 1 shrimp but died from my low maintaince. I would like some advise on how I should take the best action to make it look clean, there is alage and green stuff growing on my live rock as well, and be healthy for my fish. I have also noticed "worm things" coming out because of what I think from the bad environment, I think these are bristle worms but wasn't sure. they are like a clear tan with a red line in them and have little I guess bristle coming out of them, I just would like to clearify that. Please give me some good suggestions and thank you.

Well the first thing would be doing a water change 20% and start a regular monthly or biweekly water change schedule. As for the algae and bristle worms they are not bad to have in your tank unless they get out of hand. If you want some of the algae gone you can siphon it out while you are doing water changes. welcome back
