I know there is a kit available to rewire the leds on the 12g nanocube dx but I was wondering if it was possible to do it without the kit so I decided to try it. I used an old 12v dc adapter I had lying around. I cut the power wire leading to the leds and put a resistor on the positive side and attached the wire from the adapter. Works perfectly!
