this is not mine - I just saw it on a site and had never seen this color - the regular ones are usually all white/clear some yellow or green (very clearish too) and they are about 500.00
I guess this one is alot more b/c of the color. I dont know much about them. I think they may be coldwater? I dont have a clue. I wonder if anyone has one.

Viper, I was always jealous of your stock, but now I officially am going to find where you live and rob your tank.
That is beautiful! Tell about the specs on it .. requirements etc. Im curious what you do for it. How much did you pay? was it worth it in your opinion? How long have you had it?

Thanks

I got it on Dec. 29 last year. They were much more rare back then, and I paid a tad over 400 for it. Now there's quite a few of the all white ones that are sometimes cheaper. The few yellows, pinks, or oranges that I've seen have been selling for 600 or so. They seem to be coming in once in a while with the Aussie shipments, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't even know what regions of the ocean they are found in.
I usually feed it a couple times per week, just whenever I can remember. When I got it the skeleton itself was about 3.5-4" and with the tentacles expanded it's about 7" wide. It hasn't grown at all, but I think I should be feeding it a lot more.
I think it was definitely worth it.
