Hey Richard,
I got my copy of Reef Invertebrates by Calfo and Fenner and it is amazing! Did you get one of the signed ones? I was surprised that I still got one. Thanks for the tip on the great read.
BTW- Barry has some NICE stuff!!!

Anthony Calfo is a sharpe guy! He gave a presentation at one of my local aquarium club meetings (Chesapeake Marine Aquarium Society) in April and he gave great advice, had great slides and did a fragging demonstration on a bunch of corals! He was awesome!

Tons of useful info! They went into lots of detail about certain inverts that can be harmful to certain corals and everything. Great book.

I'm pretty sure he is gone. I read his goodbye thread, but can't find it now to see if there was more conclusion. It's gone, so I am guessing it must have been deleted. He seemed pretty upset.

Funny how this BB works.....I only heard bits a peices about why he left. It was about a year ago that he was voted in as a mod, they asked and of course he said no. Richard will be a huge lost here. Its too bad all the wrong people are leaving.

I'm sure he had his reasons... don't know what they were... not really worried about either. He did have good info to share and it's to bad he decided to leave but there are other knowledgeable people here.

From what Richard said he is no longer participating on any BB's

I've seen him around a few times at another board, although he hasn't participated much anywhere.
It's hard to imagine anyone would get fed up with BBs. Especially this one.
There's plenty of reasons.
I will miss Richard being around here, he was quite a nice guy.
