Yeah you can. Zoa's too, since there both small non-stinging corals. The only problem with corals besides non-photosynthetic ones is the lighting. Horses move very slowly and can easily have algae grow on them with the right lighting and a lazy horse. There also naturally sensitive to lighting. In the wild the live in grass forests and muddy waters where light is very little.
But most people don't have problems with algae on horses, it's very rare. I just thought i'd type that little bit of information
